Notion Strategist & Founder of BureauNotion
Jasmijn Kooijmans is a Notion Strategist and founder of BureauNotion, a consultancy that helps entrepreneurs, teams, and organizations build smarter systems in Notion.
She holds a Master’s degree in Urban Geography from Utrecht University and a Master’s in Geography Education from the University of Amsterdam. Her academic work included research in Suriname for her master’s thesis and projects in South Africa, experiences that shaped her global perspective on how people live, work, and organize.
Before founding BureauNotion, Jasmijn worked as a project manager and spent more than 17 years as an entrepreneur, organizing large-scale events and managing creative projects across the Netherlands. These experiences taught her how to bring structure to complex projects, lead multidisciplinary teams, and translate big visions into clear systems, skills she now applies in her Notion consultancy work.
Based between Dubai and Amsterdam, Jasmijn also leads BureauNotion Academy, where she trains Virtual Assistants and Online Business Managers to become Notion comsultants. Her mission: to help people work smarter, not harder - with systems that align with how they think, create, and grow.
At the University of Dubai, Jasmijn will share insights on how to use Notion to organize projects, manage goals, and build digital workflows that fuel focus, creativity, and growth.
